Aberdeenshire Third Sector Week: Tackling Poverty & Equalities and Additional Support Needs
Poverty is much more than just low income. Factors that generate poverty are wide-ranging and cover many aspects of day-to-day life such as health, housing, educational attainment, employability, and access to services. Today we hear from Daniels Place and The Haven; two community foodbanks that provide users so much more than just access to food.
You can also view the second of our five Grow Your Group presentations: Getting Things Right for an Application.
For today’s full programme including further articles themed around Equalities and Additional Support Needs featuring Grampian Opportunities, Balmedie Community Trust and The Fly Cup in Inverurie.
